My sweet friend Beth is an amazing photographer. She is hosting a photo blog carnival called You Capture to encourage us all to pick up our camera's and record life.
Her first exercise was to take pictures WITHOUT using the flash. Hope you enjoy my efforts! It was so much fun. I took over 250 pictures of the kids in motion... it was not too hard as I have 16 over-head lights in my living room.

I love the way the slight blurring in some of these really conveys the motion of kids at play! Lots of really sweet shots.

Oh that picture of the hands is so precious!!!! I love the spinning ball too. I took picture after picture trying to get what I wanted too.
